Douglas Bligh joined the Company and relocated back from England having worked for the last two years with Ward & Burke in London. A civil and environmental engineer by qualification, Douglas gained water and waste experience on major projects for both Thames and Wessex Water. The Roscommon man now turns his hand to NI Water and Irish Water working on pumping and wastewater treatment plant installations and refurbishment projects on both sides of the border.
Martin McKiverigan joined FM Environmental in October and brings with him 27 years of experience in the water industry. An electrical and electronic engineer by qualification, Martin has worked in various roles with NI Water including Field Manager and M&E PTO Supervising Line Manager. His experience ranges from capital improvement schemes on major water and wastewater treatment works to trouble-shooting and problem-solving on M&E refurbishment projects. Martin will be putting his experience to good use on FM Environmental’s Base Maintenance Programme of works for NI Water.
