As part of this philosophy, FM Environmental gathered its London service partners at the new offices to provide refresher courses on the servicing requirements and customer expectations.
Over the period of a few days, the process proved invaluable as a means of gathering market perceptions and customer behaviour information, which in turn allows us to provide a well defined packaged to future clients.
